Time to Talk Day

A small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference.

Time to Talk Day encourages us all to talk more openly about our mental health in order to help break down some of the barriers and stigma.

Whilst in lockdown, this may take place in a slightly different way than usual, but open conversations about mental health and reaching out to those closest to us are now more important than ever.

Why not have a go at using the conversation starter tool to support somebody that you know, or simply asking someone how they are, or how they are feeling.
